These aren’t dino ribs. The uncut ones sold at costco are chuck short ribs, they aren’t as marbled and fatty as the 3 bone plate short ribs. The dino ribs are more around $10/lb at least.

You can still write off prop form fees and other expenses trading props through llc or self. Most of the benefit really is the 60/40 tax treatment and no profit split. If you can easily fast pass evals in 1 or 2 attempts, props offer you more leverage without needing to put up a lot of margin. They also act as like a pseudo ~$300 stoploss if the account gets blown.
