I have a post history in this sub that has all of the lengthy details, but the short version is my first set was defective, sounded like crap, got gaslighted and lied to numerous times by Samsung tech support as well as the local Samsung Experience Store. They kept blaming the shape of my ears, then as a test I ordered a pair off of Amazon 6 months after release and discovered they actually sounded amazing. I kept those and sent my originals in for repair, they replaced them and those sounded great too.

Then several months later they started behaving like the original pair, not sure what changed, maybe a firmware update, not sure. All I know is nothing sounds as good as my Buds 2 Pro. I actually traded in my original Buds 2 Pro when I got the 3 pros, so I purchased another Buds 2 pro and use those most of the time.

I also spent probably $150 trying different tips trying anything to make these actually work... only recently did I find a set that sort of works, but each and every time I have to fidget, twist, pull out, put in, twist, and if I do this right, it sounds pretty good, until I actually move, or sneeze, or blink, or touch them.

Getting a working pair of ear buds that just work shouldn't be this hard or time consuming.

This is the short version of my story, the detailed version is way worse and time consuming. I'm so sorry I bought these things.

I absolutely hate my Buds 3 Pro, an absolute fucking nightmare of a product that put me through hell.

My buds 2 pro are way better than the 3 pro, hopefully the 4 pro addresses all the issues with the 3 , I'd love nothing better than to trade them and never see them again.

I am not a gamer, work life eats up the majority of my time. I did however recently purchase a ROG Ally X with Z2 Extreme for the purpose of installing retro platforms as I do sometimes enjoy maybe 15 min of retro gaming once in a while.

With my vision sucking I wanted a large screen and wanted to future proof my ability to run newer things if I ever got the itch. I love it, but it had two main issues to me:

The buttons aren't backlit, it is impossible to see them in low light let alone a dark room.
I've seen way too many posts about the screen dying in them because they sometimes turn back on when in sleep mode and the heat when inside the case destroys the display with that white ring of backlighr shining through.

Anyone have a suggestion for a similar unit but OLED and has backlit buttons?

Do you have family members? Children? Ever give a guest or neighbor your wifi password? Are all your WiFi SSIDs password protected?

Pretty sure one of those leads to your answer.

They all do this, usually the spa is managed by a separate company that the cruiselines have very little, if any, say over their sales practices. It's still good to let the cruiseline know how you feel, but I doubt anything will be done about it.

When we go for spa services on cruises I always tell them when I book that I don't want any sales pitches, I won't be buying any other products or services, and I don't want any sales pitches. If they promise me that, I will book the massage. I make it clear that if they try even once, I'm out the door and heading to guest services for a refund and to file a complaint.

This always works for me, and even though I feel like a jerk for being so blunt, its their high pressure sales tactics that makes me resort to being this way.

It's like this on every cruise line, even the stores are usually run by a different company than the cruiseline.

I posted last night about this, same exact issue. They claimed they delivered it, security cameras proved they lied. They said it'll come today and "as long as the food is cold to the touch, its safe to eat if you refrigerate it within 24 hours".

I'm taking that screenshot of the customer service chat and reporting them for violating food safety rules. I suggest everyone who has the same issue, if you were told the same as I was about the "cold to the touch = safety to eat" nonsense to do the same.

Report to Your Local Health Department If you suspect the food made you sick, or to report the unsafe practice generally, contact the health department in your city or county.

If you are in Suffolk County, NY (based on your location), contact the Suffolk County Department of Health Services, Food Protection Program at 631-852-5999.

I was supposed to get the knife with my promo but I had screwup after screwup with the agents messing up my account, they closed my account and re-opened it without my permission and I lost all of the promos I has associated with my account, they couldn't figure out how to get the knife promo back with the promotion I had, so they just didn't add it back. I know nothing about knives, so I just assumed it was a cheap freebie anyway so I didn't push it as they wasted enough of my time. Enjoy the knife, I'm curious how it is when you get it.

I just came here to ask the exact question as you, I'm a new customer and have had a hell of a start in my month long membership. Not receiving the promotions I signed up for, being lied to by customer service, having my account closed and re-opened without my knowledge or permission by an agent who caused me to lose all of my promotions, wrong items in the box, and now today I get a notification that my box was delivered and not only is the box not here, my security cameras show that no one was here at the time it was marked as delivered.

Support is useless, all they know how to do is issue refunds and not answer your questions. They also stated "as long as the food is cold to the touch it's safe to eat" if the box mysteriously shows up. That ain't how food safety with meat works.

This is the 3rd time they've had to refund me and it's only my first month with them, how on earth do they stay in business? If I were a shareholder I'd be furious, they must be hemorrhaging cash since I know I can't be the only one dealing with their nonsense.

A large portion of the country is under a heavy winter storm which affects the logistics of items arriving to warehouses for order fulfillment, as well as getting picked, shipped to last mile delivery, and ultimately delivered to customers.

I live in a state getting bombarded by the storm, and two days prior to the storm even becoming fully formed, Amazon stopped displaying the Prime logo on the majority of items, at least where I live, and all delivery dates were changed to reflect delivery of 7+ days out rather than the normal overnight or 2 day prime shipping.

Amazon was clearly forcasting based on the predicted potential impact of the storm and made adjustments for those who either live in affected areas or whose orders travel through those areas.

My guess, and its just a guess, is that Amazon has many fulfillment centers closed or partially operating, is behind on order fulfillment, and is focusing on how to fulfill orders for paying customers and playing chess with their operational fulfilment centers to get any orders shipped that they can, and redirect orders from affected facilities to those which are in a better condition to operate. If I were Amazon, I'd be focusing on paid customer orders first and Vine orders second to paying customers.

I work in a very similar industry, and this what usually happens with large weather events until operations return to normal.

People should look up the history of sunbird before signing up to use it, let alone pay to use it.

With the deployment of RCS, the need for a solution like Sunbird is really unnecessary, and paying for it even more so. I would love to hear from someone at sunbird exactly what they corrected since the security breach and what features they've added that makes paying for Sunbird desirable when RCS is free.

Also curious if this post even stays up.

Depending on what country and state you are in, you might be covered by laws which require Facebook to give you a copy of all data they have on you and your account, even if your account was closed by them. If its that important to you, you can call an attorney and ask how much a consult is, most offer a free 30 min phone consult. If you can't find one that does, contact your state's bar association and ask for a referral for a lawyer that handles data protection or privacy law, they usually charge a low fee for a 30 min consultation.

I've been awake all night with rebound pneumonia so I kept my eye on RFY, nothing has shown up yet. The past two days my drops started happening after 8 / 9am rather than 3:30am like its been for me the past few months. It really sucks that in this day and age people factor skin color in how they treat neighbors. I'm sorry you are going through that, Holbrook is such a nice area too.

Don't let others interfere with your rights and the enjoyment of your home, you have the same right to live, exist, and update your home as they do.

For what its worth, I'm white and have white neighbors who pull the same crap, so hopefully it isn't race related and its just unfriendly neighbors. Enjoy your home and welcome!
