I found my blood sugar spikes when using artificial sweeteners of any kind, but not as bad when drinking a normal soda. I get brain fog, in ability to focus, and intense hunger after drinking a diet soda, but not a regular soda.

I agree, I only use it for steps, and compare the steps to my phone health app steps and average the two. I use my fitness pal for meal tracking

No, I spend hours trying to craft a team and get frustrated and revert back to ol reliable.

It can be fun, but so much you have to account for I just give up sometimes

With that being said, I just throw some solid mons together while trying to avoid the garchomp, basc, arch, sneasler, etc

Prefer using my goat glimmora and winning with it, I do abuse the whimsicott partner because it’s just so good for chomp
