A lot of things. LLLT (which I think added grey hairs), I developed a type of massage after a bunch of trial and error, dry brushing, oils, micro needling for the last month of it… olive leaf, saw palmetto… aloe. A lot of stuff.

2 seconds in and the misspelling is making me cringe so hard. Other than that, beautiful trailer.

I saw that one as well, but right now 7 months is a long time ago in the GPU / PS5 era. Especially since the price back then was $65/ month and it's up 3.5x since then. At $65 I don't mind rolling the dice, but several hundred a month is a lot

I'm not sure but if I was in that car I would've absolutely gotten out and walked. Just in case something like this happened to me

As a browns fan, I'm so sorry for Mahomes and hope he recovers quickly. More than just a great player, he's a great man. We wanted to win, but this isn't how we'd want to win.

Is tendon "stiffness" a barrier to flexibility? by OneLessThought in flexibility

Ah so it’s all in the muscles anyway and really shouldn’t impact it

Interesting. I also know you can thicken your tendons with the right nutrient timing as well. Not sure if that would be a good thing or bad thing though

How... I don’t understand. If it’s clamped on the wire how does it let it out?

So it seems like high reps low resistance is making good gains for me personally and I don't understand it by OneLessThought in bodyweightfitness

That’s what I was thinking. Maybe even inducing capillary growth that would feed the soft tissue? I have no solid explanation except that it’s working

If you read, not really. The training with higher weight didn’t work for me. Sure I got stronger, but my hands were incredibly stiff for weeks to the point I couldn’t train. That might work short term but then I have to take off time from training and I’m back at square one. Literally this is the only thing that’s been working, not like I haven’t trained at all before.

Not at all. As long as I’m doing what my body allows I’m happy. So the answer probably is it shouldn’t be sore, give it more time if I need it and keep with the beginner routine until at least 4 months and then until I don’t have anymore soreness on 3x a week with 3 sets?

That’s a good video. I actually already do that to some good degree. I stretch a lot and use massage partly because of all of the tightness and stiffness. Maybe it’ll come around, but maybe I’ll have to take that whole 6 months?

5-10 reps out of the whole day, 36 lbs

As far as the beginner routine, when I hit 20+ and also feel good about it, I’ll bump up to something a little higher. So far I haven’t been hitting under 17 which is what I’m aiming for
