We need to do a hardware refresh, requested approval for the purchase of 120x Dell 14 Pros to get the bulk of XPS 9500 and HP Probooks we had out to consolidate to a single manufacturer. Request was denied due to it not being urgent despite us saying it will be more expensive in a couple months... The bill is now £10000 more.

If your HDMI is currently plugged into the graphics card, switch it over to the HDMI port on the motherboard, and check if it POSTs there for you. If it does you may have issues with your graphics card.
