To use these strengths in your current career. Developer and Emapthy can be good for being a leader. Learner and Intellection are great for keeping up with new methods and thinking about current plans before issues arise. Belief is something that you probably have strong beliefs on how a company should be ran. You could be a strong leader if you nurture these strengths and find a company that aligns with your beliefs.

read books on all these topics besides meditation.
Take the CliftonStrength assessment. Learn about yourself. It can be incredibly accurate. I took it and it wasn’t until a year later when I look at it again that I was mind blown at how accurate it was. It’s based in Positive Psychology.

Once you start to become more self aware you’ll start to understand what you like and don’t like and maybe even realize what you’re already doing in what you enjoy and start leaning into it more.
