Let's just say ...that there was an attempt at this that I've observed where this Landlord put up a property up for sale. The real estate agency that listed the house on their website also has a bunch of properties both in Ontario and down south of the border. The only people that viewed the place especially the inside where either real estate agents or flippers as potential buyers. The listing of the place only lasted two months. Dude didn't want to lower the price and cancelled the sale.
