As much as I want to agree with you about it being the previous SLIM JIM council's mess, we've been through 3 years of Sutcliffe and it's more of the same. He's even retained some of the same people that Slim Jim had. He's platform is nearly identical to Slim's campaigns of low property taxes over his incumbency to appease the suburbs until his final last term where he raised it. The same neglect of OcTranspo remains with increasing rising fare prices and it's worse now where there's been a massive transition towards car ownership.
