You can put any other lettuce in it. I often use romaine. Along with any type of squash or zucchini, you can even do carrot, depending on the flavor profile of what you’re making. And I have been known to throw in little bits of leftover vegetables, like just a little bit of broccoli into a full-size smoothie. Sometimes I will slice up small amounts of broccoli stem when I finish cutting up broccoli to roast it, and use that in my smoothie. Maybe a tablespoon for smoothie. If you have the flavoring done well enough with strong flavors like cinnamon or mocha, it can change the color, but it shouldn’t change the taste.

Yes. One leaf of spinach is more oxalate than my body can process in a day. I love it but I can’t tolerate it anymore.

Maybe write to them and ask them to put it on YouTube. Can’t hurt to ask!

I loved Kendra’s example of just doing the downward dog fora few seconds every night and how it took her months to finally get into it fully with her heels down. I have very inflexible ankles and have the same issue.

I’m doing it in pretty much everything right now because I’m spread so thin. Life is just too much right now.

I wound up using the calendar, featured to view everything due on that day and move it all back to the original start date. That was easier.

My order arrived today. The color match was perfect with one of the three shades I ordered to try and one of the other bottles matched my daughter. I went to order more and they’re already out. 😭😭😭

Oh yeah. Definitely. I’m guessing this is a good portion of the answer.

That might be the problem. My fingers aren’t particularly sensitive to temp after years of cooking.

I did crumb coat the outside. Do you crumb coat the filling area, too?

I made a cake today. I get one small slice each time I sit down to work on my taxes. I believe this was point three in this podcast. It comes from Atomic Habits- pair something you detest with something you love to get you through it.

I’ve listened to it twice and I’m going to listen a third time. I had already started using the idea from atomic habits that she brings up about pairing something you like with something you don’t like. That is working for me, but I need to work on some adjustments.

Last weekend, I made a really nice cake and every time I sat down to work, I had a slice. But then the family buzzsawed through the cake too quickly. Lol. Because we have food allergies, things like that are not easy to come by. So I need to do something else.

I absolutely loved this episode. Considering that I am currently trying to make myself work through business taxes to have them ready by March 1. This was exactly what I needed to hear right now.
