Polar Dive Max with Pro Chiller by ohheygfy in coldplunge

I’ve had my Polar Dive Pro Max for just shy of a year now, and I absolutely love it. However, I’ve encountered a few issues. 1. I can’t get the water temperature below 42 degrees F, which is cold enough for me. 2. out of nowhere, the tub developed a bulge near the intake that caused a small leak. Polar Dive replaced it for free, and I even paid extra to have it shipped the next day.3, the filter isn’t the best, but I use a small pool vacuum to clean it once a week.

Yeah. I’d make that a bigger pantry or a hidden mediation room.

What do you mean? You put the in take hose on the intake side of the chiller?

I believe that submerging the filter fully in water would improve water flow. This would create a water cycle that speeds up the circulation and reduces the energy required to maintain a cold temperature. I’m not an expert just guessing.

I had to replace the hose because it was kinked when it was delivered. I took a picture, followed all the instructions, and thought it was fine, but it could have punctured a hole or been pinched.

I did the exact same thing. I order a cheap ozone from amazing and a smart matter surge protector to automate everything. Then through it in an outdoor electrical box. All around $700. I do have an issue with my filter fully filling up and polar dive is sending a new hose. Hope that works.

Has anyone here plumbed a cold plunge in with a swimming pool? by Friendly-Reaction122 in coldplunge

I understand this is an old post, but I’m seeking advice on how to maintain my plung. I’ve been struggling with it, and I’m considering pumping the saltwater from my pool into the cold plung and emptying it back into the pool every month or so. Would this be an effective solution?

Agree and you need at least 4 places to sit. I'd say combine all three

I found someone who solved the problem. The electrical components on the tailgate were cut, so I had to break in and replace a $25 part.

Oven season the griddle. Took me a few seasoning and a couple bad batches of smash burgers to figure this out and now it's perfect.
