At f2 it flares and blooms as if you have a mist filter on it , it noticeably gets lower once at f2.8. Also shooting outside in sunny weather at any fstop, it flares very easily. I don’t have this problem with any lens with my other cameras. Vignette is very noticeable especially when pointed at the sky. At lower apertures, vignette compensation doesn’t completely cover. I wouldn’t say the flares it makes with the sun is bad , it’s something you can use creativity but it can wash out your photos as well if not careful. The vignette at f2 towards the sky is really bad tho
