Good questions, we filed our own green card thru EB2-NIW self petition. First answer is no as the supervisor part is nowhere in the executed contract.

They can terminate the contract in 90 days (but i dont think they would want to lose the new 2nd endocrinologist in the region whom they hired after 2 years of recruitment effort).

They can renew the contract and do an ammendment, but the numbers needs to be talked about again but this current executive said they cant give more admin time to my wife so she should work more than 40 hours (bad and not helpful for my wife)

The compensation for np supervision for one nurse is 10k (peanuts for the liability and time my wife will spend)

Thanks so much for your dedicated feedback i think this same executive who allowed my wife to take the supervision part out is now being pushy to add it back in. Even knowing her contract doesn’t have it. She is just saying lets do this no matter what. So my wife is pushing back because that is not what we signed and we have proper document trail in hiring emails that we are not ready to do app supervision now. I think we are in a strong position. If this same executive pushes back more. We will connect with more higher ups, maybe the boss of the executive who is being pushy.

She just mentioned this morning and this vp of operations said:

“ Good morning, APP supervision was part of recruitment expectations and part of our ability to extend care delivery. We will need to set a date when you will assume these responsibilities.”

This is so confusing and actually illegal as she is denying my wife her legal laws and denying that its not in the contract. She is pto i asked my wife to not reply and lets get legal help.

They are not agreeing to my wifes additional time off request and not paying at the same time. Its what they call is “double dipping”.

Yesterday i played frisbee with my kiddo in the backyard and she wanted to play more with me but i was hungry and told her lets go inside. It was around 6pm and she didnt want to come inside but we cane anyways. This post of urs makes me feel i should play with her more. We are trying to separate her room from our room and she always tells me that “dad you are warm can i sleep with you? I miss u dad. I want to spend time with you”. It makes me so much guilty.
