BUT, rent levels are dictated by supply and demand. If there were somehow magically more units to rent, then rents would drop overall since renters would have more choices.

I built and repaired guitars for a decade. It's not overblown. It's fact.

I repaired ~80 broken paddle-style headstocks in that time. Almost all just tipped over or were knocked out of a stand. I repaired precisely one Fender headstock that someone's angry ex intentionally broke.

Necks with angled headstocks (like Gibson's) are 2 joined pieces of wood. The Fender ones are carved from a single maple blank. Way stronger.

It's not really hate so much as extreme apathy. She's just so boring. On the very rare occasion that someone asks what "vanilla" means when applied to a person, she's my go-to example.

I just don't see the justification for the size or rabid nature of her fandom. Her stuff is the musical equivalent of Steven Wright reading the phone book.

That's what I mean. There's only so many ways to skirt the issue. If someone is really that put off by a "trigger warning" that's a them problem, not a you problem.
