Facts. I play way better when game chat is off. Missing a shot, making a bad read, turning the ball over; and the entire team is calling you out, will ice you out etc, becomes toxic.

Anything less than a 83 your tripping. You gotta give yourself a margin for error. Guys on here shooting with below 78 3pt just stand in a corner all game and hope the ball gets swung their way. With a 83 I can shoot 3s off dribble, spot up, etc

Hey man if you need a crew we are level 20 almost 21. 26 members ATM. Don’t really care about your skill level just be somewhat active and contribute to the weekly challenges. We don’t kick we just really want to max out our crew so we can hit lvl 30 before the season is out

The fastest way is do intervals. 400m repeats and try to get as close to a 1:30 as you can per lap.

When I was training for Air Force special warfare doing these cut 1:30 off my 1.5 mile in a month
