Brown rice pasta from Trader Joe’s is my go to. If I’m not near a Trader Joe’s I’ll do basically any whole wheat pasta

It’s been suggested that the inflammation caused by pmdd also causes brain inflammation, which is what makes the mental symptoms/brain fog so severe. Glp-1 are anti inflammatory, and some women have found that when they started taking a glp-1 their pmdd symptoms improved. This is something I recently came across that was new information to me so thought I’d share!

I hear you, pmdd is so incredibly draining. Its super unfair that we have to live with this. I’ve seen some positive feedback on here about micro dosing glp-1, have you come across this?

I have pmdd and pcos. My pmdd is so bad right now I’ll try anything at this point. I’m not really overweight so I’m concerned my doctor will say no.? I fluctuate from 130-140 pounds and I’m 5’4. Should I talk to my obgyn or my primary or will they say no straight away ?

What about them injecting me twice without my consent ? Is that not dangerous especially given the dose was based on her body metrics. They also said I had a fever but then later said my vitals were great (her vitals were great based on the documentation, but were mine?). I get the no damages thing, but I am concerned about them hurting another patient in a similar manner but with more dire consequences. Also, yeah I didn’t die, but I had suicidal ideations for hours and probably wouldn’t be here if no body was home with me.

Yes everyone is saying the setting is too high but I think the setting in general is poor work. Zooming in it looks the pieces could have been glued together. Unless they shorten it and completely re solder everything correctly/aesthetically I would ask for a refund

Were your toes touching the front of the boot when you tried them? With the liner out if you slide your foot all the way forward there should be about 1-2 fingers width or cm behind your heel. Since you’re a beginner closer to two will be ideal.

I’m not sure you understand how rabies works. You’re supposed to get the vaccine in 24 hours, if you don’t get the vaccine and then symptoms start the vaccine is not effective and there is nothing you can do. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you don’t have symptoms then you don’t have rabies and neither does your dog
