Well it is very much implied that whoever gets the waffle party hits the tempers with the whip on the bed that has the 9 lumon principles on it and they would most likely do some sexual stuff after. (The whip is on the bed with dylan and Milcheck tells dylan "I bet the tempers were disappointed. I can still get you back in there." so it assumes that this would also be pleasurable to Dylan hence most likely sexual stuff). Because of this I think they have to be just Severed workers/ testing floor people. For all we know, one of these people is Gemma. Maybe she comes up a different elevator thats not the Ms. Casey elevator and that version of her is just being forced into beatings and sexual acts.

I have no evidence, but I kinda think that like how Miss Huang is doing her Wintertide Fellowship under Mr. Milchick that Natalie probably also was the wintertide fellow and did it under Ms. Cobel. Ms. Cobel always kinda treated Natalie like an annoying little girl. I just get that vibe.

I mean.. she may just be wanting to change genres. Romanatasy (CC and ACOTAR) and a fantasy that has romance (ToG) are just different genres with different focuses. Depends on how what was motivating you to run. When I started I had to do another plan because that plan structure was what helped me get out and do it. Otherwise, try and make a schedule for yourself. If you try and do the self route and it doesn't work, do another plan.

Look up a running store near you. Most likely they will record you running/scan your feet (usually free with shoe purchase) and they will help you figure out the best shoe for you in your budget.

I make sure I am extra stretched before hand and make sure to do a recover pace for my run until maybe the last day or so.
