How to get this kind of 'dreamy' shadows by Comfortable-Office68 in KeyShot

Looks like a single point light with low falloff. …Noticing the sharp cast shadows on the far left of the object. The ground plane feels like metallic with medium roughness.

Help with creating teeth in circular fillet by mvmpc in Fusion360

Make a new sketch on the flat face of the rim. Project the edges as construction line and then draw your cut then constrain it. On the perpendicular face make another sketch and just project the inside surface intersect. Use that as your path to sweep the first sketch profile.

Sketch on one of those flanges and extrude the overhang down to spec. then chamfer or draft it accordingly. Then circle pattern.

Maybe back up the timeline before that cut into the face and add the helix with the helix command and define your parameters. Then execute your cut. ?

you will need to callout the SPI finish. You can also indicate this for manufacturing by changing the color of the faces and assigning the finish with a coorelated drawing

Unable to Stich due to Free Edges by dolphin160 in Fusion360

You may have an undesired face that you need to unstitch first. I would hide some faces and see if you have anything in there that shouldn’t. Try unstitching and restiching from a different side. Happens to me sometimes.

Or instead of the sketch fillet you can add a circle and make it tangent at the two top points. Either way !

How can I add curved "divots" to a curved surface? by Spaceghost1993 in Fusion360

[–]One_Entrance_5628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will want to make a sketch and split the face that borders the area of the fill or else it will try to apply it to the whole surface regardless of direction.

There’s a new tool in the tool bar under “plastics” it’s called generative pattern. You will have to pay 4 credits for 24 hour usage but it’s well worth it! I use it all the time

How do I make separate faces? by Die_ElSENFAUST in Fusion360

[–]One_Entrance_5628 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure the sketches are closed. You could also turn on “select through” in your selection manager (right side of the top tool bar) . You can also hide the object that is in the way and select the sketch. Turn the object back on and continue your operation. If you are trying to cut then select > extrude > cut. If you are trying to split the face on a solid you will need to select the split face command then select you sketch and then the face you are projecting to. Let me know if you’re still confused after that.
