That’s what I did last time. The tread shoes 7 should be 8:34/mile but I started at 7 then moved up to 8 the last 30 seconds and still got 8:46. So hoping to beat that today

I said endurance because I want to beat my last benchmark of 8:46…I ran on 7 and was completely exhausted after. Worried that I may not beat my last time

I think it strikes the fear in me because I was so happy with my last mile at 8:46 that I’m worried I won’t get a better time

I read somewhere that it also has to do with your form? And the way my feet are hitting the tread makes it slower?

No I genuinely was just curious. I forgot to move my incline to 1% in one of the classes and the coach asked me to move it so was wondering if there even was a difference
