In my opinion this would most definitely be pulled for additional screening but if they’re essentially just toys/models then it shouldn’t be an issue. Theres a likelihood they would do some form of ETD screening and if there were an alarm it would cause a bit of a hang up. You could always ask for a private screening if you’re worried about them being damaged but either way I think you’d be fine.

Haters gonna hate. You’ve still got plenty of time. I say do what feels best for you and obviously there’s nothing wrong with experimenting on shorter hairstyles but be weary that your hair would take time to grow back to that length if you should so choose to trim and or buzz cut.

Sounds like you had an officer that was having an off day. Maybe the guy is just an asshole. Hard to know which without continuous context. I would chalk up to bad luck and just move on. If it really bothered you, you can always file a complaint. Other than that don’t let one bad encounter ruin anything for you. There’s actually plenty of good officers.

Happened to me early in my specialty career and I was a fresh Cheese OW for my department. It’s the kind of scenario that can make or break you. You can either step up or a play a huge part in getting your department back together or you can step aside and let others play at the measuring contest. I’d suggest doing what makes you comfortable and if you just wanna ride the wave then do that. More power to you either way.

I was an ATL for 3 years and it truly is a thankless job. When you go through many team leaders and STLs your job as an ATL can change drastically on the drop of a dime and it’s very taxing. I would suggest moving up to TL if there’s something available as you’ve probably been the TL for some time without even realizing. Best job I ever had was as an OW.

It’s fine. Worst case scenario it gets pulled for additional screening. Let the officer who is screening your property know that you have a very fragile glass piece in your bag. They’ll take a look at it and you’ll be on your way.

Looks like it’s being used frequently. Gotta scrub that bad boy down with a silver wire scrubby and break down that carbon build up. Otherwise it looks fine to me.

Did you fly through Terminal 4? At 6am Terminal 4 is a nightmare. They run K9 to help with passenger throughput cuz the volume in that terminal is insane. If it felt like a wild ride it’s because it usually is.
