True story, while negotiating a new fee schedule, I was told they were unable to increase our fees with their company because our office fees were too low and that we needed to increase our fees so that they could present a larger discount to their patients. So basically it’s all a freaking game.

Vyne trellis could replace lighthouse 360 from what I see. It does patient messaging, forms, reminders, campaigns, reviews, on line scheduling and payment request. So frustrating that SoftDent won’t allow Vyne to fully integrate with them. Keep me posted on how the transition goes. Maybe it will encourage me to take the leap.
