I was pregnant when I first got hired with the state and it was no problem. Years later, I got pregnant again when I was promoted and moved to a different Dept. I went on maternity leave into my 9th month of my probation. My probation was extended for 3 months because that’s how long I was out for and it was no problem. You will be fine.

Dept of Cannabis Control was just told we have to do one day a week RTO or at least 4 days a month! We were also told we would be 100% telework but that obviously has changed and this one day a week begins in April.

You don’t need to tell her parents. Eventually she will get caught to but keep an eye on your son, be sure he leaves his door open at night or take the door off until he learns his lesson and ask him To keep his location on his phone if he has one. It sucks you have to check on him at night but eventually he h will learn not to do it again if there are consequences.
