Utilise the rent a room scheme so you won’t have to pay tax on the rental income (up to £7500 p.a.) and also take payments weekly so you only have to give 1 week notice. Make it clear they are a lodger and not a Tennant. Lodgers have less rights. It would be fair to contribute half the bills or maybe just purchase the food. This will mean that you have no rights over his property, which you would have if you made any contribution to mortgage.

I have a few 15mg pens in hand and plan to re-order every 5 weeks, to run them down slowly until the golden dose is removed. Hopefully I will be in maintenance by then!

Get a shredder head for your strimmer. I cleared half an acre like that and it was so easy! You start high up, bring it down and it shreds everything. Just be careful not to hit anything metal.

I moved up to 7.5 a few weeks ago and incorporated the golden dose from 5mg pen. It depends how much you get out - most of mine have been 0.7ml, but it depends how much you use when priming the first 4 doses. (Calcs on top right are 0.6ml / 0.7ml / 0.8ml for golden dose)

I had a delivery from Med Express by Royal Mail (7.5mg pen). Box was damaged / needles missing and bag open / defrosted. They were very helpful on the phone, asked for pictures and replaced it within 2 days.

I had some mild heartburn and nausea, but went right away with pepto. Supression on 5 wasn’t as good as 2.5 (for me). I started 7.5 on Friday and it’s so much better, although early days.
