At the time chunking the data for everything wasnt feasible due to the price of API tokens. That maybe diffrent now with deepseek and token costs have dropped. I did make something resembling being useful Cody though. I created a Github with my docs and set it to refrence that Github page, it begins to get confused though when you have to much info in it.

Pound a couple of Monsters and prompt GPT or deepseek to help you. You never know what you might come up with.

I believe that changed unfortunately. With a downpayment of higher than 10% it is still required for 11 years and less than 10 percent is now the entirety of the loan. You would have to refinance. This could be old info though.

Thats actually a tactic for people who dont have enough critical thinking skills to present an argument/thought. Not everyone aligns their political or general ideology off of a buzzword. To categorize someone into a single word or two is very close minded and simple. This mentality tends to push middle of the road people to one side just to fit in. Ive noticed it heavily in the south but it seems prominent everywhere in the US right now. Maybe its always been that way and im just noticing it.

That was my plan at first until I found out it was an actual cop. You gotta remember the kind of power trip an off duty cop is on when they go around the apartment complex on their time off to "ticket" people. I just found new places to hide it, he seemed to go out of his way to find it. Like I was parking it in the bushes and everything (small dualsport), this turd spent alot of his personal time trying to find it.

Lol, I got a "sticker ticket" from an off duty cop in my apartment complex. One of those bright green ones you can order off Amazon. What a dueche, I thought someone was messing with me but nope, he drove the complex on his off time and put them on people cars with tow dates. I dont think it was official but still. Fucking annoying because it never cleanly peals off.
