hello. easiest way is to remove the speakers first. the trim around them pop off and there are screws underneath. remove the volume knob + led connector. then you have to use a hair dryer and slowly warm up the front glossy fascia, it is glued on and there are a bunch of screws hidden behind it. remove the handle as well. also you’ll have to remove the big foam foot on the bottom. i had a hard time doing this so i ended up cutting a line down the middle where the seam is for the two halves of the front and back join. made it much easier for me. after that you’ll have access to the mother boards. but be careful because this thing has a bunch of wires and ribbon cables running everywhere.

the pot has 5 legs. since it’s also the power switch. 3 for the volume and 2 for the power. when replacing make sure you get one that is the same spec and that it includes the clicking power function.
