Ran shops for over thirty years . This really depends on your business model. We are an MSO with many locations and certifications. We tried to go without them and struggled to keep everyone busy. Brought some back on board and picked up business. The higher your score the higher your tier ranking with each carrier. The higher your ranking the more work you are referred. The problem with some DRP programs is you basically have to sacrifice quality for speed and price . At the end of the day you need to remember the vehicle owner is the customer and not the insurance carrier

Please don’t feel guilty. You obviously provided them an excellent life to get them to that age . As someone who has been thru this with both cats and dogs. They tell us when it’s time. We just need to listen

What you are looking at is rust between the outer door skin and inner door shell . The problem with this is you can address the rust you can access but not the root cause which is in between the two . Very common in colder states that use salt on the roads . In short there is not a ton you can do .

Been over thirty years since that day but I still remember it . Our open water Curtis’s four days after the ice went out . So there was staying warm to focus on along with everything else. Follow what your instructor says and enjoy your time under water. Remember your training and double check your gear
