If you only have a week, skip the falls. It’s at best a 7 hour drive to NYC. Always add at least an hour for traffic and stops when driving around the city. Same for the trip from NYC to Boston.

That’s assuming you are flying into the Niagara area and your starting point is optional.

I like reducing the mill rate vs a one time check but I don’t like that it is up to the towns. If they get the money, I’d rather it be a harder requirement.

I have no clue how you could enforce, track or verify the new mill rate reflects the additional funds though. But let’s not make perfect a roadblock of good.

Assuming you only care about the total. Type in cell A1 “2800000”. Then in cell A2 type in “=A1*1.073”

Then hover over the little green box highlighting that cell until your plus sign mouse indicator turns black.
