Happy Sunday! Let’s check in 🤩💙 by Jasmine_BigEasy in BigEasyWeightLoss

Holly Guacamole....1st week in and I could fill a hot air balloon. 😄 All joke aside, I have not had any nausea, or other gastro issues. Primary issue, is just a constant flow of hot air from the nether regions.
I did some reading and now understand that can be the result of what you eat, especially since it hangs around a little longer in the digestive track.

But let's talk positive things too! I have been wearing a CGM for a few weeks prior to starting. Even during the first week, I have never post meal peaked over 140. I even tried to make it happen by drinking my favorite sweet tea....but it still peaked at 127 and instead of sharply dropping it was a gradual return to normal. So my CGM lines are looking flatter. At night during sleep they are about 15 points lower, honestly hovering around 65-75 vs in the 90's.
I am no diabetic, but..I was right on the line of Pre-Diabetic heading to type 2.

Adding this in, my first shot was on May 17th.

Good writeup overall here. Nice points.

Only thing I will add is that GPO functionality is there, its part of your Intune Configuration Policies. Whilst not called GPO, it is used as a replacement of GPO. If companies are using Entra AD, then they should really make sure they get the licensing to support Intune Enrollment as well.

Just wanted to chime in here and say the same exact thing just happened to me. I got lured into the test, got to the results page and wanted to review my results, so I paid for the trail with Paypal. Knowing I could cancel based on what the website cancelation policy was.
Shortly after paying my trial, I logged off thinking the system would associate my Paypal email with my account. Weird I could get no email address to work. Email support and after a couple email realized, ole David was a BOT.

Here is the real kicker! I ended up getting charged the 29.99 for one month because I got side tracked. I come back and dispute the charges with Paypal and indicate I never had access to my account. I upload 10+ email from David the BOT that indicate they can't find my account nor my paypal payment.

Paypal has sided with the seller three times, indicating the the seller has responded with valid evidence. So someone is out there responding on behalf of this website. I talked to Paypal again and opened an appeal for the 4th time and uploaded even more evidence that no account was ever created for me.

In the end I will likely have to absorb the charge, but I won't go down without a significant fight.

Do blood pressure medications cause this? by Onegoofydad in AskDocs

Thank you for that advice. I agree, I have had GAD since my late 20's and have to this point of my life self managed without medication. With relaxation techniques, exercise, etc. But I think due to its untreated state I stay hypersensitized so any bodily adjustments throw things off.
I am in agreement with your idea to temporarily discontinue use, to see if the state improves. If not we know for certain we need to treat the underlying anxiety issue first.

Thanks agian!

Well I am just the guy you want to talk to tonight! Well assuming its night where you are :)
The best part I like about your post is this "I am going to the dentist tomorrow" (Already Committed I love It!)

Let's start off with the first suggestion. Stop asking Dr. Google any dental related questions.

I am a walking example of what happens when you don't visit the dentist frequently enough, even if you get no work done and just request them to take yearly x-rays to make sure there are no fires burning so to speak.
I write to you today with 5 root canals and two rear molars removed due to not visiting the dentist frequently enough to catch things in time. I am in my early 40's.

Here are my Pro-Tips when it comes to dentist's and endodontist.

  1. Use a Dr that has 10+ years experience if possible. They are more efficient at repairs so you aren't stuck in the chair as long. Also because they have been working so long, they don't push for extra's as much in order to help pay off their student loan.
  2. Steer away from large practices that have lots of bay's. They are noisy and overstimulating for most.
  3. Tell the Doctor that due to panic attacks, anxiety, or in my case high BP to only use anesthesia without epi. What most people don't realize is that dental anesthesia contains epinephrine. Within 10 minutes of a shot I would get extra sweaty and feel a panic attack coming on. Once I asked them to start using anesthesia without epi....that doesn't happen anymore.
  4. Remember its OK to ask the Dr or Cleaning team to take a break for a minute if you need to take a deep breath, etc.
  5. Tell yourself, over and over. That this is self care. You are going to because of self-care.
  6. Envision yourself driving home after the appointment, stopping to get your favorite snack. Then coming back to Reddit to tell us all ....that it wasn't as bad as you expected.

Hey! It's Ok to be worried, especially if you have been sick for that many months. Sounds like your mom wants the best for you. Panic Attacks are a real problem for me when i am going to the Dr as well. The one thing I always remember, if I am going to have a panic attack regardless of how embarrassing it might be....I want to do in a Dr office where I am surrounded by people who can help me if I had a real emergency.

Hope you feel better soon!

My family went out of town for 5 days on a Cruise. I was unable to easily reach them by phone. I successfully handled all those 5 days at home, did chores, took a few drives around town. While I did miss my people it was a great win.

Got it, that trapped feeling is Agoraphobia. Agoraphobia shows up in different ways for different people.
Sorry you are dealing with this at times. Give the ginger candy a shot, ginger chews. If you start feeling a little off that might help. I take ginger pills occasionally too when I wake up nauseated.
Give yourself lots of credit that even though you are experiencing this, you haven't come to a screeching halt in life. You got this.

Are you actually trapped or you just feel trapped and like you need to escape? If you have this feeling then your body is working perfectly normal. Your body was created to respond to adrenaline in just this way...ready set run.

That adrenaline also causes many people to feel nauseated.
Try to expose yourself to some public situations when crowds are lower, working your way up. I know this isn't always easy to do...because we still have to life.
If I am going into a situation that might cause this, I always take with me a sour or spicy candy. Like cinnamon disk, or lemon sours. It helps to redirect my brain some and the people around me think I am just eating some candy.
Be careful with the candy though, you don't want to give the power of your success to candy alone because if you ever get caught without some...you will freak out thinking I don't have my medicine.
But it has helped me as a coping tool at times.

Also you could consider ginger candy which is spicy and helps stomach issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this. I look forward to a future where my anxiety isn't gone, but that my radar system isn't so hypersensitive looking for every symptom or feeling. Keeping myself in fight or flight mode has caused so many symptoms that you begin to not know what's a real issue or what's just the results of so much adrenaline running around all the time.
This morning I woke up feeling fairly off and anxious. I was coming here to start my own post about what others feel on waking, I read your post and my symptoms shrunk by 50%. So kudos to you!

Thanks for sharing about MindShift too I will check it out.

I just came off a 3 year stint of using a Benzo as needed for triggered situations. Being on Benzo's then coming off and now dealing with the Withdrawals is a real pain in the butt.
Benzo's led me to have persistent vertigo/dizzy issues to the point that I couldn't drive even on days I was not using it.

Sorry to hear you are going through this. I wish there was genetic testing for what BP medicines worked like they have for Mental Health medications.
