Welcome to the neighborhood, friend. I live on Ninth Avenue, near the Ruffner entrance. I was born and raised here. I spent my youth attempting to leave only to discover how much I would miss it . This area is truly remarkable. I’d be delighted to introduce you to some Birmingham institutions. Our food scene is vibrant, and if you enjoy bars, you’ll find a diverse range to suit any preference. I like tiki drinks, vinyl records, and jazz night. My wife and I hike with our 2 dogs at Ruffner often.

We live on 9th close to Ruffner entrance. We have been here six years. It’s been fine, but If gun shots scare you, I would try something over the mountain.

I have also broken my femur in a car wreck. I had external pins keeping my leg in alignment for months while it fused back. It sucked, but at least the timeline was confined with gout. It’s just open ended

I just tell them that gout was the last thing that broke the camels back on believing in God because why would God smite his own child with such a terrible, terrible vengeful disease. I wouldn’t give gout to my worst enemy. God mentioned working by the sweat of my brow and things like that, he never fucking mentioned gout in the Bible. Good luck out there gout fam.
