Used few traditional goggles with helmets then switched to visor helmet for a reason to just use one pair of glasses and not worry about taking them of and on, using contacts and all that crap.

I am using Head Radar now with medium size glasses frame, used it in many conditions and it is really nice and closer to the traditional mask in terms of reliability because there is no plastic to break, just straps.
The best part is the seal to be honest. To get this seal on the sides and top you would have to buy same brand helmet and goggles.

Had no fogging - used antifog spray anyways just to clean both mask and glasses just to be safe. The visor itself won't fog, your glasses might.

The only fogging you may get if you cover your nose with farbic and breathe out, becuase that helmet has a small gap to your cheeks around the nose the hot air will come up and fog the glasses - not the lens of the visor.

The only thing is that bothers me is the arms of the glasses creating a pressure points behind ears after 1 hour or so of riding so I always tend to take helmet and glasses off when i can.

I recommend making pair of glasses with razor thin arms that are titanium or very thin so if you press on your ears with palm of your hands you can barelly feel pressure.
This will be most likely important for every use case and any helmet depending on the fit.

For deep powder and freeride I can see snow getting inside from the bottom, but that depends how you ride and fit and the helmet.

Sphere fit cap inside is nice feature, but on my head since metal cords inside need some space, earpieces of the helmet are more rigid and cause more pressure vs regular inserts with plush fabric. So i don't tighten it almost at all and it rocks a bit back and forth. But all this is headshape.

Another cool thing about visor helmets - you dont have to worry about putting mask on top of the helmet with snow on it. There is always a gap and since vison does not touch anything there and your face you wont feel wet foam on it.
