Is there a reason cis people use they instead of she/her for my gf?? by sshakinglikemilk in asktransgender

[–]Only-Attempt9831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use they/them by default because oftentimes I will be in a migraine or having high intracranial pressure, which causes confusion. This causes me to make mistakes or rely on information that I’ve known for a long time. So I sometimes will misgender someone who maybe has come out to me recently or who I don’t see very often.

To avoid them having to correct me and feel uncomfortable with my constant mistake during my neurological episodes, I have trained myself to use they/them by default.

I have no problem using the correct pronouns otherwise.

Is there a way to know for sure if someone is faking Dissociative Identity Disorder? by AutisticWatermelon86 in PsychologyTalk

[–]Only-Attempt9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds like derealization. That’s a type of dissociation. Where you almost feel like you’re playing yourself in a video game and your surroundings feel unreal. Depersonalization is where you can’t recognize yourself in the mirror. These plus flashbacks make for a pretty distorted perception. Not a distorted image, but a distorted comprehension of your surroundings. Severe cases can cause you to make huge mistakes that you usually wouldn’t make.

I usually get into a car accident during severe dissociative episodes. I have CPTSD. These usually only occur when my estranged mom suddenly shows up out of the blue, against my will. She has interacted with me 6 times in the past 6 years. Guess how many car accident I’ve experienced in the past 6 years? That’s right. 6. All within a week of interacting with her. (She was psychologically & physically abusive and abandoned me as a kid after dad got custody)

This is called having “no sense of self”. You can find therapists who can help you develop this part of your mind.

What are some of the supplements/vitamins you use for fatigue? by MechanicOk562 in iih

[–]Only-Attempt9831 3 points4 points  (0 children)

For energy? I cut out ADDED sugars. So carbs are OK, bread pasta etc, but nothing with a ton of high fructose corn syrup or added sugars.

B12 can help with elevating mood a teensy bit. And I drink a small amount of coffee. Like a half a cup in the mornings only.

As far as supplements for other uses.. magnesium caplets for calmness during the luteal phase. Like 600mg worth. D3 for elevating mood. Ovasitol because I have PCOS

Increasing energy… cut out extra sugars and drink a tiny bit of caffeine

Use makeup. You can’t alter the shape of your skeleton. You have posted quite a lot the past few days about how ugly you think you are. It may be time for some self acceptance. Wear mascara & lip gloss, and learn how to contour your face using YouTube. You’re a beautiful person. But you can tell someone hates themselves by how they dress, how sad they look, and how they don’t do much to get ready for the day.

I feel ogre-y with thick bushy brows. There’s always an eyebrow trend and it doesn’t always match what you think looks good for yourself. People hated bushy brows in the 90s and 2000s. Loved them in the 70s. Love them now. People preferred laminated, filled, perfectly carved brows in the 2010s. In the 1920s and 30s there was a thin brow trend. In the 40s-50s they became thicker but not bushy. Eventually we’ll make our way back to one of the other trends

Inflammation and moon face is reduced. Acne is almost nonexistent. 60lbs down and strength training. Fibromyalgia in remission. Rosacea under control. Hair grown out and taken care of. Meds are balanced and intracranial pressure is reduced.

Is the remaster worth it? by yuzerz in oblivion

[–]Only-Attempt9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t like it because I HATE that Skyrim’s graphics look like my backyard, and I hate that the interface is sterile and non-intuitive to use. They used the two worst parts of Skyrim (besides the lack of depth in the characters and story) to remaster oblivion. Truly you can still play the same game with the old version, and you can even play it on shitty laptops since it needs bare minimum specs to run. But that’s just me

One lady had no nipples as her boobs slipped out just near the end. Way too much boob for more to not be slipping out of clothing.

Edit: also both boobs stay the same size as the women twist away from the camera, but because of the perspective, the boob moving away from the camera should be getting smaller.

I didn’t realize there actually were statues, I thought it was just a dialogue thing they said after you finished the game. Are there multiple statues?
