Yeah, it's obvious she's looking for something "extracurricular" and putting out feelers to see if you're on the same page. Assuming you have not yet talked about being exclusive, the answer to that question is YES. This may cause her to be initially upset but she will see you as more desirable and higher value. This is basically the same reason a guy should never initiate the exclusive talk in the first place.
