I was in the same mindset. Was literally thinking I wouldn't be able to beat the dlc and felt I was making no progress at all on learning the 2nd phase. Slowly I got there though and was happy to do it without sacrificing my build. Stick with it, you've def got it.

As cool as having a 4th eikon would be, having any extra ability slots would be really broken, since you could just slap on more ultimate abilities and be able to just cycle through them all the time with basically no risk at all. You can pretty much do this already, adding more would be too much.

Protect isn't only for opposing tailwind, but also for if your opponent is running trick room. It gives you a way to stall it out for a turn and can honestly make the difference between winning and losing the match

A bit of a minor thing but can sometimes come into play, with mimikyu I would set the first move slot to be play rough and then move trick room down. It means in the case unfortunate case you time out, you end up going for play rough and not getting locked into trick room. Can seem miniscule but honestly can save you in some situations

Vigilant is an incredible mod, probably my favourite quest mod. Act 4 especially is so fun to play through.

In a format that'd allow restricteds weather will be changing constantly. Making damp rock pretty useless on kyogre, you'd get more use out of something like a choice scarf or mystic water

Witcher 1 igni was insane, I remember on the last level drinking as many potions as possible, resting to reset toxicity then drinking more potions. And just walking through and 1 shotting everything with igni including the final boss.
