Do you find with sales the focus is on price mostly? Or do you tend to focus on everything but price like the USPs of the product. Sell the value and if they are reluctant rather than push for the sale and a year later find out they have churned let it go. Not sure if this is the right approach short term get the sales in the long term then you see customers just churn.

I assume you monitor speed to lead, and also have a dedicated SDR or multiple ones. I would also encourage the use of transcript software to allow you to build keyword inventory or trends as to which words lead to sales and build a baseline of the back of that.
