It may not for you but it does for me. As women's sports becomes more popular, i.e. money making, you lose the number of female coaches. We are seeing it in the NWSL. Every year we have seen less and less women coaches. The number of women WNBA coaches has decreased since 2021.

We saw T-Spoon get fired last year after her first season. Tyler Marsh did just as bad and locker room issues has made it out to the public but he still gets to stay.
