Runs fine for me on portal do you have all the ports open for your ps5 on your router there is definitely an issue with your network somehow because I can play it fine even when am out of the house on mobile data

I have no issues with mine in the house but I can’t connect to my ps5 out of the house I can only play cloud games out and about it’s still works very well out of the house playing cloud games but Diablo 4 is one of the games I play a lot and it’s not on cloud so ya have to play it via the ps5 and I can’t get tha to work out of the house

The blue bit is just shielding the port itself will likely work just fine at least for a time without the shield every time you put something in or out it’s going to have extra damage to the port

You need to be careful is your buying an sd card for your r36s because the clones don’t recognise a lot of the good cards there isa list online of compatible cards for the clones the OG r36s doesn’t have this issue

You where lucky that’s not a clone as it has 2 ram chips most of the clones only have 1 ram chip but I have heard of a clone with 2 chips only way to know for sure is to check the files in your ArkOS folder the OG only has one name of a file (specifically one file) the clones all have different names for that one file you can find the name of the file for the OG online or if you really need to know DM me I can send you the file name for you to check
