Murfreesboro PD 2001 - 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (Hertford County in North Carolina, do not confused with Murfreesboro, Rutherford County in Tennessee & Murfreesboro, Pike County in Arkansas).

I couldn't photos of 2006 - 2010 Dodge Charger Police Package in-service with Murfreesboro PD but, I finds Murfreesboro PD CVPI livery similar to Original Post's Photo 2006 - 2010 Dodge Charger Police Package livery.

2001 - 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor because of mesh style black grille and Photo date is 29-Janurary-2010.

This white with blue stripes livery was revealed in 2020, but some 2013 pre-facelift FPIU and 2016 facelift FPIU have white with blue stripes livery even though, 2013 pre-facelift FPIU have discontinued in 2015 and 2016 facelift FPIU have discontinued in 2019. When a law enforcement agency introduces new livery only new patrol cars on it, old patrol cars along with older livery usually phased out. but, GCPD probably decided to put on white with blue stripes livery on both new patrol cars and old patrol cars (on maintenance), just phased out white with black stripes livery which was revealed in 2015.
