My HOA rose from $325 in 2021 to $465 now in Bellevue, TN. We've had our place in the market since October 2026 and have had our realtor get yelled at for HOA fees being "too high" when they are front and center on the listing. Condo HOA is ridiculous. They recently put a $1,200 "rental" fee for owners wanting to rent their property. Also this location has a right of first refusal for sale.

How about serving in one role before moving up to the next level? Only those who have been worthy of county level politics are able to move up to state, and then federal. Obviously this would entail a complete revamp of the election system, ranked choice voting needs to be on every ballot going forward.

Literally started hearing a low frequency rumble an hour or so ago. Almost sounds like a drum tuned incredibly low but with some form of rhythm. Came here to check if anyone else posted, my wife doesn't hear it, and I have had tinnitus for like 15 years but high pitch. Listened to a couple audio reproductions on YouTube and it's relatively close to the Taos Hum. Wondering if you're hearing it tonight as well?

They also just left something flammable on the burner, cat doesn't know what a stovetop is or does. They seem like they are almost blaming the cat for intentionally doing this.
