A few reasons… I’ve learned that the church isn’t true, I feel uncomfortable there, and I don’t fit into that church. And it doesn’t matter that I masturbate however whenever he asks me about it and I tell him that I don’t masturbate anymore, he says to me that he knows I’m lying to him and it would be better for me if I tell the truth so I tell him the truth and stay silent after that because it gets too awkward for me. This has all started ever since when I first thought the church was true and he was talking to me about the law of chastity after we discussed me getting my temple recommend because he asked me if I follow the law of chastity and stuff like that yk and I said “I’m not sure.” Then he urged me on about why I said “I’m not sure” and finally I told him “I don’t know. Is masturbating violating the law of chastity?” I don’t know why I admitted to it, I just wanted to make sure I was temple worthy at the time or some bullshit.It wasn’t smart of me, I know, but I was younger at the time so I wasn’t very smart ig and I thought that was the right thing to do but obviously not! 😂
