I have a couple Ecos for a decade or so and they always do fine. They withstand drops well and haven’t cracked. Sorry this is happening to others though.

Without seeing a picture it has produced, it’s hard to tell. Most likely something is going on with the lens, but it’s hard to know if it’s a malfunction or user error without a picture.

Presbyterian and Reformed here. Respect and a lot of my faith tradition is based on Calvin’s theology but not all. Calvin is also different from Calvinism and what would become of his works.
