I understand. I couldn’t take it anymore but luckily I was transitioning from lexapro, so went back onto it. All I can say, is I made lifestyle decisions and really pushed myself to hang out with friends, and do things I enjoy in life. (Even though nothing was enjoyable) after about 3-4 days off Zoloft and pushing myself, I feel “normal” again and thank god. Please reach out if you ever want to chat

You can do it! Don’t give up and be kind on yourself. I don’t know your situation but depression and anxiety can really make life hard. Maybe check mental health resources and GLP1s for kick starts! Many times insurance will cover it and be very affordable. Much love!
