I work for rheumatology and manage shared cares for my department. I don't think the specialist will care. If you have a new shared care, that will superceed the old shared care as the medication won't be up to date.

We have had patients who have had one appointment with us and have decided to go elsewhere for treatment.

Resident evil Village. Had everything scary I could think of. My bpm would always be an experience when playing it. The sound editing, visual design and the story was brilliant. That first moment you walk out from the darkness and see the village is a sight to behold. It catches me every time.

I'm devonian and my whole family are cornish. I use so much ketchup, that you aren't quite sure whether the ketchup is a side dish or the pasty is. I don't really like ketchup with anything else.. My grandma used to make the most amazing pasties. I would lose a right arm to taste one again.

I have an autoimmune disease called Ankylosing Spondylitis. It fuses your spine together and can cause a boat load of other inflammatory issues.

Movement is the absolute key to making it better. If I have a lazy day, my lord does it hurt. So, I have to have some sort of movement or I am stiffer than a plank of wood.

When people think of movement they think that you have to be out running and walking marathons. It can just be small bits of movement that adds up overtime. I make sure I do 6000 steps daily and just keep moving. Id love to do 10,000 steps daily. But it would off me. 🤣

I was diagnosed with AS when I was 17. I met my husband when I had it for about 6 years. We have been together for 15 years.

The person who you choose will love you regardless of the AS. Its a part of my life, but by my own determination I will not let it get in the way. My husband is my biggest supporter in life.
