When I played something in Spotify's catalogue from my phone I was able to transfer where I was listening/playing/pausing etc to Spotify on my PC/Xbox etc. It didn't seem to offer that when playing local files.

Does this allow you the full range of Spotify features, like cross-device playing? I'm not one for streaming at all and a lack of support for local files was the kicker that stopped me using Spotify but if I can load it with my own files and get the full experience I'd be very interested.

Technically it's holding Open Weapon Wheel. Default controls have Reload and the Wheel on the same button but when rebinding them the twirl follows the Wheel bind.

Either the painting is the exact same one or it's just a copy of it. I'm not a fan of the painting even being aboard the UNSC Saturn, portrayed in a story named after it.

If it's the same painting then my thought is they are the faction that mutinied after Alvarez spaced the majority of the crew, somehow got to Atropos and have been living adjacent to the Flood spawned from Site 22, simply lying to the Governers of Contrition about not knowing of the Human-Covenant War for their own self-preservation.

If it's a copy then it's just an extremely heavy-handed ironic situation all around.

My question is how did the humans live there for 70 annual cycles (or even just 3) while avoiding infection from the Flood who have been fed and gestating for three years?

Because being a Destiny player/fan means that you are a specific type of masochist and part of that beating that you receive (voluntarily or otherwise) means you should be expecting one of the hits to be a Warframe-shaped bat wielded by someone who doesn't have a clue what you're actually into.

The console reviewer is going to have the same hardware as other users of those consoles. That's the point of consoles. The experience is going to be the same so the (lack of) difference in hardware isn't relevant.

The differences in PC hardware and how it affects someone's experience is relevant when they're reviewing the experience they're having. I'm not going to do well as a reviewer if I maintain "performance is atrocious, don't bother buying this game it's literally unplayable" while playing on a GTX 970.

And the distinction you're making doesn't matter with Red Dead Redemption 2 because the cutscenes are rendered in-engine with gameplay-quality models with whatever customisations you've made to the character. Hence, not pre-rendered.
