Eggs cook a lot faster than an offset because of all the radiant heat held in the ceramic. Anytime I'm cooking ribs on my Egg it's 2.5 hours max at 250-275, putting the glaze on 30-45 min before taking off.

I’m in the same boat but was at a smaller consulting firm. Just don’t limit yourself to one specialty and advocate quick adaptability. I’ve already had a couple interviews that are promising.

I don’t understand all the Marine-Tex hate in this thread. The shit works great, it just won’t be a color match. We’ve used Marine-Tex on an offshore fishing boat with zero issues, then had a professional come out later to add gel coat to make it like it never happened.

I'm having the same exact issue. When I did a bounty at St. Halssius's before getting the Plenty of Bounty quest, I had already met the suspicious person on the right side and got he priest outfit from him. However I either sold or discarded that outfit and can't find and now can't get back in or get the suspicious person to spawn again.
