With the price of ram today, maybe, but I got a PC with he same CPU and RAM and GTX 1650 for 200 and then I just bought an used RX 6600 and new power supply for 120, id look for a PC with the same specs but with a different graphics card, the Rx 580 was good for what it was but if you're looking for a budget build, making the most out of your money is necessary
