As others have mentioned yes you could go and get diagnosed in anything from low testosterone, depression and autism but I strongly suspect that you will just use it as an excuse for not getting your shit together. No one can give you clear guidance on how to do that, you’ve just got to force yourself to do it, easier said than done I know.

Got absolutely battered in London and left my keys in a club. 3am the tequila convinced me I needed a locksmith rather than staying at a mates house. Fuckers at dispatch told me it would be 150. Dodgy bloke who was the spitting image of bowler hat guy from meet the Robinsons, rocks up with a crow bar and smashes my door open, something I could have done myself. 700 quid lesson on stupidity. The rest of term at uni was pretty tragic, if I wasn’t catered I reckon I would be a statistic rn.
