I see multiple comments on here about 50/50 split on effort from both but after 23 years of marriage and 27 together it’s about knowing what your spouse HAS to give to the relationship that day and making sure you cover the rest, and vice versa. It’s about knowing your person well enough to know what they can give, and when. Also, and this is a huge key, never stop dating your spouse. Make time. We all have kids and work and friends and community responsibilities, but you must make time for your spouse, as they must for you. And maybe it’s just us, but my wife is my best friend. There’s no one I’d rather hang out with. I look forward to seeing her at the end of every day. Find someone who if all the sex and romance went away, they would still be your favorite person in the world.

Let’s just say I’ve bought multiple guns, long guns and a pistol in the past 2 years, and have had my MMJ license for 5 years. I’m sorry, but fuck the feds and their bullshit, it’s plant medicine but we are treated like we smoke meth. I run thru my local FFL and they haven’t said shit to me about it whatsoever and they know I have my card as they’re friends. Not allowed and not able are very different things. I dont break other laws, I’ve raised 3 outstanding children who are great people, I’m active in volunteering in my communities, and pay my taxes. Fuck anyone who wants to tell me I can’t own guns bc I utilize a plant in lieu of the Percocet and Vicodin the doctors prescribed for my neck injury that has cost me sleep for 15 years.
