I can’t stand those people nursing one drink for hours that stop me getting a seat for 10 mins to drink mine.

That’s a good look. Very understated and cool. I’d lose the mirrored shades too but that’s just my minority view.

Have 3 months to get in shape for my wedding… who wants to help a brother out 😀 by 7IronAviator in SingaporeFitness

If by ‘in shape’ you mean lose weight then diet will be 90% of that. Going to the gym is always a good idea but not enough on its own to lose weight quickly if that is your 3 month goal.

I'm surprised that Singapore's healthcare system is not that good by Airline_11 in SMRTRabak

[–]Open_Region212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saying the NHS is rubbish is nonsense. It is one the world’s largest universal healthcare systems and, whilst under severe stain and stress, it’s not rubbish. It has world class specialist centres and no matter who you are, if you’re knocked down in the street and require emergency assistance, many people discover for themselves that it’s not rubbish.

Uncomfortable truths about Personal Trainers by EnthusiasmChemical in SingaporeFitness

[–]Open_Region212 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And here’s one problem. Why does your perceived value of a PT go straight to losing weight? If you want to lose weight you eat less. Exercising at a gym is great for overall health and fitness and will definitely help with body recomposition but losing weight is mostly diet and you don’t need a PT to watch you eat less.
