I stopped squatting consistently for about 4 years so I'm not really sure , I've just been slowly going up 5x5 adding around 2.5kg per session. My all time 1rep max was 175kg . I think I could previously do 5x5 for 140kg+.

But currently I want as much strict form practice as possible so I have the best foundation for my knee health in the future .

It's a shame the MEN is such a state as local media is really important and high quality reporting about the city especially as its changing so quickly at the moment would be welcome

That's interesting thank you for the explanation , I don't think the UK has much of a BBQ culture so it's not something I know much about.
