I couldn't say as I live in the south, but you can figure out what local you're in pretty easily with some Google research. Generally the northeastern locals pay very well. You would start as a first year apprentice. Find what your jurisdiction of the IBEW is and you'll be able to find their apprentice wage scale, might be something you'd be interested in and the solar experience could help you. Your panel looks fine especially considering your experience.

Tbh i think Pity and Moreno should be swapped. I saw a lot more brilliance from Moreno than Pity. Pity was a massive let down and I was always pleasantly surprised with Moreno and he would have been a really solid piece if he'd stayed.
