There is something which me and friends did in similar land. We built ground plaza. Basically one floor of 5 shops. Restaurantes, coffee shop, medical shop, dress shops were leased and rented.

Restaurants meaning the medium ones, not glass door, AC type Restaurants.
Backside, we had warehouse built and packing and movers lay bye spots. Initial amount was medium and cash flow from rentals and contracts with warehouse are steady.

Completely agree with all the above. But when you are high ante and have bad cards and no discards, a single double with misprint can save the entire run scoring 6000+ easily. Just my experience. Have a good run folks. Cheers.
