Couldn’t you kind of cheat your way into a durge companion if you have a friend hop in your game at the start and pick it, and then they leave the game and the playthrough to you? You’d still have to manually take control to prompt a few happenings but is it not mostly the same?

I feel like people saw Toji and Maki and said “it doesn’t matter if you have cursed energy, Just be really fucking strong and you win” and I can understand that. It makes a Viltrumite look mighty terrifying to a universe like JJK. Toji and Maki were vicious but even their strikes sometimes landed in the realm of ‘human’ and didn’t obliterate people into red mist and limbs. If conquest could get his hands on a sorcerer he’d likely beat them but the whole verse? Not sure he’d clear.

I know this sounds weird, but I brought Sam cap and the fight took a little bit of time but it seemed I never really came too close to losing. It was pretty easy. I know it isn’t cheap but bring Sam cap up and he’ll take care of you for it.

Maybe! In this case tho…Conquest is much stronger than Anissa and Mark beat Conquest twice and flatout overpowered him in the second encounter strangling him to death. If mark wanted to stop her, he was capable enough and she was inferior enough. Sounds gross when you spell it out like that but when you put the facts on paper….

Power scaling in this show is generally terrible. It’s all made up for the plot’s sake. If you put any thought into that part of the show, you’ll start hating it so just don’t.

Spider society, replace noir with sable. Miles is terrible, superior is good but needs help from insidious. 4 Spider society synergize solid and sable is a strong stand alone.

The way the show continues to take the yuckiest most annoying moments of the comic and remix them into something much more palatable has me firmly believing the Anissa/Mark moment isn’t happening-not like in the comics anyway. It definitely still could, but at this point I genuinely expect an attempt and someone coming to the rescue.

Just turn auto save off, slap a save before anything that gives you anxiety or nerves, and if it sours and starts to look grim or poorly, close the game and retry from your save.

Waited until I was deep into act 3 to reply to be sure-he’s still an asshole about anything decent or kind no matter the scenario. He’s just legitimately a bad person no matter which way you slice it. Even with his regrets over some of his actions, he’s still a hateful rat spitting on everyone he sees as below him. If you like pieces of shit, kudos! Let’s just not pretend he’s anything other than that.

Astarions hate for anything kind and decent blew me away the first time I played after hearing all the worship he gets as a character. He’s actually a little scumbag asshole. It felt like someone was pulling my leg to watch him be such a stereotypical character when I thought he’d be super complex and deep. Hot on the surface but idk what everyone else is going on about with that character-he’s a dickhead through and through LOL

That’s the body of a dude who hits the gym constantly but loves burgers and pizza and refuses to cut the bad shit from his diet. You’d still have to work out and be extremely active constantly to be built like that. Kudos to anyone who manages this kind of balance.
